• The above given rates are valid only during the mentioned period.
• The above-mentioned tour cost will be valid for only on a twin-sharing basis.
• Children below 5 years is complimentary.
• Any change in the date of travel or the number of persons travelling may affect the tour cost offered.
• Similar category hotels will be arranged if rooms are unavailable in the listed hotels for the required dates.
• Some hotels provide only mattresses instead of a cot when an extra bed is required.
• We suggest checking reviews and the location of hotels in advance to ensure they meet your expectations. Any hotel change upon arrival will incur a retention fee.
• Any additional bed or breakfast for children not included in the package must be paid directly to the hotel by the guests, as per the hotel's policy.
• In Munnar, Thekkady, Ooty, and Kodaikanal, rooms are typically non-A/C due to the cool climate unless mentioned otherwise.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges by the hotel.
• In the A/C Deluxe category houseboats, the A/C will be operational only from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM in the bedroom.
• Houseboat check-in starts at 12:30 PM, and cruising is allowed until 5:00 PM, after which the boat will anchor as per government regulations.
• Deluxe is the base category for houseboats. Premium and luxury houseboats are available at additional cost.
• Booking will be confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment and is subject to hotel availability.
• For online credit card payments, an additional 2.5% bank charge will be applied to the transaction amount.
• Eravikulam National Park in Munnar is closed for 3 months annually during the Nilgiri Tahr breeding season.
• Periyar Wildlife boating tickets can be booked online at: https://www.periyarfoundation.online
• Some sightseeing points may remain closed on specific days. No compensation will be provided if your visit falls on such days.
• The company is not responsible for missed sightseeing or changes due to political strikes or roadblocks.
• Magic Moment Holidays has no hidden charges other than lunch, dinner (unless included), and personal expenses. For houseboats, all meals are included.
• If anyone asks for additional payment during the trip, please contact us. We are not responsible for unauthorised payments made without our consent.
• Any issues or service delays during the tour should be immediately reported to the concerned Trip Advisor to take prompt action.

• You can confirm the package by paying a token amount as informed by the Trip Advisor.
• We offer multiple payment options: Cash deposit, Google Pay, PhonePe, NEFT, SWIFT transfer, and secure online payment through our website.
• EMI option is available when you pay through our website.
• In case of non-availability of hotels, we will inform you with suitable alternate options. Package cost may vary depending on the new hotel selected.
• If the alternate hotel is not suitable, you can notify us within one day, and we will initiate a full refund of the advance amount.
• Cab details will be sent via SMS and email one day prior to your arrival. The chauffeur will pick you up from your point of arrival.
• Confirmation of the tour package is subject to a 50% advance payment of the total tour cost, prior to arrival.
• The balance amount must be paid on arrival, before check-in at the first hotel. Cheques and Demand Drafts are not accepted.
