All bookings must be secured with either partial or full payment. Rates may fluctuate based on availability or third-party suppliers. Payments are accepted via Razorpay and other secure gateways.
Cancellation and refund policies vary based on the package booked and vendor terms. Refer to our Cancellation Policy for detailed information.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all necessary travel documents (passport, visa, insurance) are valid. Easy Tripping will not be liable for any delays or rejections caused by document issues.
Easy Tripping acts as an intermediary and is not liable for issues related to third-party services (hotels, airlines, local operators). We are not responsible for delays, loss, injury, or damage caused during the trip.
Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, strikes, or supplier issues. Modifications after confirmation may incur additional charges.
All legal disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from Easy Tripping and our service providers (hotels, airlines, tour operators, etc.).
A booking will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment, as per the package terms.
Booking details must be checked and verified by the customer at the time of confirmation. Easy Tripping is not responsible for errors once confirmation is issued.
Payment can be made via UPI, credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.
Full payment must be made before the start of the journey unless otherwise stated.
Failure to pay the full amount on time may lead to booking cancellation and forfeiture of the advance amount.
More than 30 days before travel: 90% refund
15–29 days before travel: 50% refund
7–14 days before travel: 25% refund
Less than 7 days or no-show: No refund
Note: Some bookings may carry non-refundable terms depending on supplier policy. Please refer to the detailed Refund Policy.
If a trip is canceled due to low group size, natural disasters, political instability, or unforeseen circumstances, a 100% refund or credit voucher will be offered.
All inclusions (transport, hotel, meals, guides, etc.) will be clearly listed in the final itinerary. Anything not listed as included shall be considered excluded and chargeable separately.
Clients are responsible for carrying valid travel documents (ID proofs, passport, visa, vaccination certificates, etc.).
Easy Tripping is not liable for any issues due to invalid or missing documents at the time of travel.
While we strive to follow the itinerary strictly, minor changes may occur due to weather, traffic, safety, or operational concerns.
Any such changes will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
Customers are responsible for assessing their own fitness for travel and notifying us of any medical conditions or requirements.
For treks, adventure tours, or high-altitude travel, participants must follow all safety guidelines provided by guides.
Easy Tripping acts as an agent for third-party providers. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service failures by airlines, hotels, transporters, or government authorities.
Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the value of the booking made.
All content on the Easy Tripping website — including logos, itineraries, images, and blog content — is the property of Easy Tripping and may not be reproduced without written permission.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert City/State].
