Booking Deposit:
A non-refundable booking deposit of ₹30,000 per person is required at the time of reservation (at least 45 days prior to departure).

Payment Schedule:

• ₹45,000 additional payment due within 1 week of booking

• 100% balance payment must be made at least 21 days before departure

• Failure to comply may result in cancellation and forfeiture of payments made

Cancellation Policy:

• 30+ days before departure: 10% of tour value

• 15–30 days before departure: 50% of tour value

• Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of tour value (non-refundable)

Visa Disclaimer:

• UK visa assistance is included, but approval is at the discretion of the consulate

• In case of visa rejection, ₹40,000 will be retained as cancellation charges

Travel Documents:

• The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure

• Travel insurance is included in the package

Flight Transfers:

• Group arrival transfer is available only for flights landing between 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM

• Group departure transfer is valid only for flights departing after 5:00 PM

Accommodation:

• Hotels are located 18–25 km from city centres

• Triple-sharing rooms may have rollaway beds; sizes similar to double rooms

• No complimentary water bottles; tap water is safe to drink

General Notes:

• Meals will be served as per fixed Indian menus (Veg / Jain / Halal)

• Sightseeing, inclusions, and itinerary may be adjusted due to operational or weather conditions

• All services are subject to availability at the time of booking
